Ingredients
- Lime x1 (large)
- Mango 1.5 cups chopped (1 large mango or 2 small)
- Sweet red pepper 0.75 cups chopped (e.g. a large bell pepper)
- Green onions 1 bunch diced (will only use the green, not the white)
- Coconut oil 2 Tbsp
- Scotch bonnet or serrano x1 chopped, with seeds removed
- Salt 0.25 tsp
- Pepper 0.25 tsp
Prep
Zest and juice the lime. Combine the zest and juice with everything else in a bowl.
