Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (round or chuck)
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp garlic minced (hard to go wrong ☺️)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup panko or breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
Prep
Preheat the oven to 425˚F.
Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl; make your life easier and mix in the breadcrumbs last.
Make meatballs that are 2-3” in diameter (slightly bigger than golf balls). Bake for ~15 minutes.
